      Pros

      You get to work with highly skilled and talented professionals. You are encouraged to upgrade your skills and education while working with Oshyn. It is an excellent working environment with great people to work with. Both as co-workers and friends. Can't say enough good things about working there.

      Cons

      The company still needs a few more years of growth to become a tiny bit more structured.

      Pros

      working hours are flexible, great colleagues, ps3, tv, table tennis are amenities in the office, some devs are really experienced, all-open internet access

      Cons

      office is out of Quito, management is overpaid and rarely comes to the office, finishing on time is more important than finishing with quality, top devs choose the projects they want to work in, not enough projects to pay the bills on some months, don't care about people leaving the company
