They have almost everythig very well organised. There is a process, procedures and templates for almost everything. So you don't feel like you have to improvise or dessign the tools you need all the time, like in other companies i've been working.
Cons
Too stressing and with an obvious lack of HHRR.
The directors tend to avoid hiring the necessary people for the team. I think it is because their sallary is inversally proportional to the amount of money needed for the tasks to be done.
Wrong policy, in my opinion.
There are no facilities for the people working there to park their vehicles.
