Pros

Great talent, beautiful games, friendly workmates.

Cons

Chilean management suffers from nepotism. Employees constantly complain about leads for taking other people's credit, doing nothing and slowing down the projects. Management keeps gaslighting employees when these problems are brought up. They also stopped being Osmo Chile and started being OCL from one day to another and they haven't been transparent about it. Salaries for new employees have been cut in half just because they can, so within the studio there's people earning 5 and even 10 times what new employees earn. Raises keep being denied, but instead they promise bonuses and travels for the near future, with no clear dates so people don't leave (10% of their employees have left these past 4 months).

Pros

- lots of really talented, driven people - products that make a real difference in kids lives, teach new skills - work/ life balance is good but depends on the project - good yearly bonus

Cons

Osmo has gone incredibly downhill. Executive management needs to be fired and replaced with people who have some level of competency. They have squandered such a great opportunity to make innovative products with truly talented people. From terrible business decisions to constant pivots, leadership has failed to not only make this company a success, but keep grinding it down to a really terrible place to work. The recent layoffs were so poorly handled and the HR team was cold, unresponsive, and censored people on Slack by deleting their messages in real time while everyone was in the dark as to what was happening. I’m so sad about where this company has gone because I had some truly great experiences here and am so proud of the work I got to do. I don’t see any future for the organization and hope the good ones are able to land something better soon.

Pros

Free lunch if you're in the office dog friendly office

Cons

Lots and lots of cons, the culture at tangible is pretty fake HR team tricked its employees by replacing June teenth as a "Wellness day off" They overwork you and don't give raises from the inflation or when its time for your promotion For the 2 years that I was employed there, never had any team-bonding events Self-initiated projects will be shut-down if you don't get support from the higher-ups Hard work is rarely recognized, they leave you on the edge from getting a promotion Basically, if you don't kiss a** to the higher-ups you won't go far here
