Small company with plenty of opportunity to learn, develop new skills, and rise to the highest level of responsibility that you can handle. Good team who, work as a team, to get things done. Flexible work schedule and upper management who realize that we each have a life outside of the office.
Cons
Small company also means that priorities sometimes change quickly and cash flow can be a concern. Some things take longer that we would like because a small budget influences how things are done.
