Pros

The air conditioning was strong

Cons

The business is pseudoscience nonsense. The corporate owners are all personality, minimal science. The franchise owner doesn't know what she's doing, always whining about the number of firsts. The business is predatory, often ignoring signs of mental deterioration, perfectly okay with taking customers' money. Despite a lack of training, coaches do informally give dietary recommendations to customers, but claim they're not dietitians. Initially hired as full-time, only to be dropped to 25 hours within weeks of working there. I also witnessed racist rhetoric towards and impressions of Asian people.
