Extreme bullying is allowed. You are told you must take lunch but there is no one to cover. They just take lunch break from you and steal shift differential at times. Management is horrible. Concerns are brought to their attention and you are not even granted the courtesy of a response. Nurses have been allowed to behave in a condescending and rude way ; you are basically oriented in to this culture; and when issue is brought to management nothing gets done. I always thought that SUNY Upstate was the absolute worse for this lateral work place violence but NO Oswego Hospital takes the award!!! Pay is very inconsistent. They essential follow their own rules! You realize this when you apply somewhere else and are offered $5 to $6 more per hour 😡

Upper management only cares about numbers and revenue and not practical solutions. Employees are treated like cattle Communication & expectations between departments is horrible Doctors and surgeons regularly disrespect the nursing staff.
