They have no problem laying people off with little to no warning if it’s convenient for them. Management isn’t the best. Very poor communication between management and employees, employees are mostly out of the loop unless it’s something positive about the company. Management is mostly all buddies with mediocre qualifications at best.

As mentioned in just about every other review here, absolutely horrible management. Especially at the upper level. You'll be sold on optimism and that things will get better while the people with the ability to do anything sit on their hands. Payscale is haphazard and appears to be completely illocical. In terms of industry standards, they don't appear to know what they're doing and don't have an approach that'll last.
