Unsafe in everyway. Unsafe shop practices. Treat workers like they are just tools and not humans. Unreasonable and unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Poor pay. Treat contractors as employees. Sexist towards women. Unable to listen to advice or professional experience from all teams regarding every aspect (safety, fabrication, timelines, human decency, you name it). They will suck everything they can get out of you and then throw you in the trash. Terrible project management and huge wastes of materials, money, and time to the point of throwing entire projects into the trash. If you don't fawn over the top people or if you speak out about anything that is wrong, you will be pushed out asap. Sold as a creative place that supports artists but is really just a capitalist leech thriving off exploiting artists.
