Nepotism, disorganized, CEO doesn't even look you in the eye & you have to be extremely careful around management, if they don't have time to train you they won't
-Absolutely no communication
-Low employee morale
-Rampant nepotism
The only people they hire are people they know or family members with no experience and put them in management roles because they are "yes" men/women. There is little to no training. Upper management is never in the office while all other employees are penalized for taking time off/asking to work from home.
Some of the leadership team this is the only place they have worked. They do not have the qualifications and experience for the roles they have. No training. Owners need to speak to their employees. Managers need training on how to speak to their staff. IT is way behind.
