Pros
Had a good manager, some people part of the wider team were quite friendly and nice. Made some good mates that I catch up with now and then- helped get through the day.
Cons
- your job role doesn’t define what you do at work you are run around doing all sorts of things. - Brought on to lead a project, however was never given over and rather given other smaller tasks to do- was not satisfied.
