Pros
A small family owned company that keeps its core employees working steadily.
Cons
This company had a once great future. Otto had a strong commitment excellence and a solid reputation. Increasingly they are standing still (possibly moving in reverse), where technology and management practices are concerned. They've forgotten who actually gets work done within a construction company and continue to pull resources away from the people that need them. A highly centralized group makes decisions with increasing inattention to results. As a result morale within the rank and file is low, job performance and therefore customer satisfaction have fallen off a cliff.

Pros
There is a good environment if you adapt to their culture. As a family owned business, its the owners way or leave, which is typical of small companies. Most of the management does what they are told to do.
Cons
Clearly behind the times in both management skills, technology, business management and processes. Inner core of owners very hard to get into. They are not a growing company, basically flat for the last 10 years.
