Coworkers under management level are great, everyone is helpful and hard working. Couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people.
Cons
CEO has no clue nor does he want to, he does not and will not speak to anyone beneath management and unfortunately most of management is only looking out for "their kind" not the bottom dwellers. The owner use to come visit, however he too wouldn't associate with us lower employees and with all the financial problems this company has had you would think he might reach out and talk to the actual workers that could give him some sound advise instead of all the management that just want to keep their wallets full of his money. Bottom line, you are promised reviews and raises when you are offered the job....never happens. Machinery and equipment breaks down all the time, therefore we cannot keep up with demand and in effect nobody wants to do business with us anymore, then comes our credit which we can only get one lender to back us and the interest rate is ungodly and then we still don't pay our invoices, workers on the road have credit cards that get declined and they are stuck to use their own money and we have had meeting after meeting called Town hall for our CEO to pretty much lie to use and tell us how much better its getting and beg us not to quit.....which alot have done.
