      - Friendly co-workers - Strong emphasis on the mission of Christ - Access to wonderful books

      Cons

      - Very poor compensation for most staff yet very high compensation for senior leadership. - Expectation on staff to give up their own time for things without additional pay - Poor workplace experience if you are young and/or female.

      Many good people work there

      Executive leadership is nonexistent and completely marketing-driven. Benefits are only okay. The culture is passive-aggressive and focused on numbers and dollars.

      good flexibility, great benefits

      Somehow, marketing has an unfortunate monopoly on production though market studies and business practices often don't support the ideas presented by the department/they present ideas "on trend" with no foresight. So if you don't go along with their ideas (at worst) the changes to the proposal get undermined in petty ways. Often Supply Chain has to deal with this and it makes us feel overwhelmed and always behind.
