      It's a fairly low stress job. The people are very kind.

      Cons

      The pay is low compared to similar positions. There used to be more opportunities for benefits and bonuses but they continue to decrease as time goes on.

      Able to work remote and there is a flexible schedule. Good work life balance. Clinic on site employees can use for free.

      Little guidance on job training. Not a lot of procedures are documented. Pay isn't great.
