      OurPass is a great place to work in with cool coworkers who makes working in the industry fun. The compensation is also not bad considering the tech ecosystem in the country

      They're a close knit team, such that it helps to collaborate and get help when needed

      Possibly the fact that you some times have to work outside work hours, but it's a start-up so that's totally understandable.
