Pros
I had good learning and opportunity to have full ownership of the features and the reason behind that were my colleagues who no longer work there.
Cons
They expect everyone to work and finsih everything with inhuman speed and then trash the employee if there was any issue with timeline. They will expect the employees to work overnight as if that's normal. Work pressure is tooo much and there is always a looming threat of being FIRED even after working very hard. Efforts and input given for the company is never appreciated and they will make their employee feel guilty about the leave of absence. The management create a hostile environment where no one can grow!!! There is no professionalism, ethics or humanity. They treat their employees as slaves and they expect you to work as per their convenience and they think it is okay to do so because they are PAYING for it! And did I mention that there is a constant threat of getting FIRED? At the time of the exit they cause a lot of trouble and hold grudge for a long time if things do not go as per their want!!! It wasn't just worst experience.. Oust has been a nightmare! They don't even care about any of their employee's career and they can say or do anything to ruin it if they hold a grudge against you!
