Communal environment with shared visions for the tireless work.
Cons
Much more work to do internally in terms of support for Executive leadership, racism, unconscious bias and work load with staff that do not have the capacity to sustain.

Very shady board-Executive Director relationship during my time there that resulted in stunted work, bullying and pay discrepancies among other problem. No tangible HR department access
