My team was great. They give you shoes for Christmas.

Cons

beholden to the VC dollar. Outmatch acquired several companies back-to-back. The result has been confusion and uncertainty among those employees outside of the inner circle. My teams were subsequently used for knowledge transfer and dismissed. Morale fell exponentially, and the feeling of being left out to dry by the core team was unpalatable. Those in charge refused to give any assurances of jobs during/after acquisition, apparently because they aren't about the people who build the things, just the things.

Constant churn and burn

Cool offices and good parties, nice coworkers

Cons

The company is constantly acquiring new businesses to boost sales numbers, and cutting staff with each one. It feels all about money. Not about what is right for customers. Constant tech changes and no one knows what we are supposed to sell or tell customers.

All experts on science have quit, complete change in direction to make numbers look good. People that question or disagree get fired or quit and all that is left are followers. So much incompetence.
