      Pros

      Flat hierarchy, always working on new technologies. Fast moving and sometimes very hectic. You can grow quickly and acquire skills in new technology that is ahead of the curve.

      Cons

      Many projects get started and don't complete, often they need to be killed faster. The idea is to do rapid prototyping and fail fast is good in theory but hard to execute.
