Pros

There is none to mention.

Cons

There are many pointing few: 1. No work life Balance. 2. Poor management giving fake promises, they pretend to be smart but knows nothing. 3. Director pin points and pokes so much with everyone giving them no space to breathe. 4. There is no Bonuses, incentives given which are promised at the time of recruitment. 5. Poor Training, no process and procedures in place, rather employees feel left out. 6. No help given to any employee at this Covid crisis. 7. People work only for money as there is no growth, few Senior managers are in the good books of the Director and which is why he is Biased. 8. Management pretend to show that the company is a MNC where as there is no benefit, compensation and trainings given. 9. whenever employees wish to leave and join the other employer, he/she is threatened by the management that they will give negative review/ Feedback. . ...

Pros

Initally the company will try and show you a lot of pros but they all soon turn out to be lies.

Cons

Not a corporate sector but a local shop in the market. they do not value it's employees and all they care about is money. Companies try and earn from customers, but OUTBOOKS tries to earn from both customers and it's employees. Worst company as you will start regretting to work with them. Ajeet only wants to earn for himself and does not care a bit about others. Even if you die he will not attend your funeral because he is as cold as a bat. happy not to be a part of this vulture management anymore.
