      Pros

      My experience at Outerbox was overall a good experience. I left due to an opportunity in another city, otherwise I would probably still be there. The people are the best. I made some really good life long friendships and I will miss working with them every day. Company functions were fun and the environment there was friendly.

      Cons

      Management was encouraging and supportive, but only cons I would say would be better pay, the rate was industry average.

      Pros

      Great casual atmosphere, fun people, Challenging work. worked here for nearly two years and things are looking better than ever, management brought in new directors and things have improved dramatically over the last year.

      Cons

      Salary and Compensation leaves a lot to be desired. Legacy clients can be awful.

      Great People, Fun Office, Good Clients. I really love all of the people I work with. We have a ton of fun and each day is really an adventure. You never know what comes up and what we'll get into.
