A key thing to consider is that Outfit7 is based in Slovenia. For locals, salaries might be decent, but as an expat, I would never move there (again). Slovenia is a very expensive country - food and rent are extremely high, while wages remain low. If you are an expat thinking about relocating for this job, I strongly advise against it.
Bonuses are small and get reduced by around 20% every year. Getting a salary raise is extremely difficult - at least in my case (and many other cases), there was always some excuse for not increasing it. Because of these factors, most of the international employees come from Ukraine, Serbia, and similar countries where salaries are even lower. However, there are no experienced professionals from other regions, which speaks volumes about the company's appeal to top talent.
One of the biggest ironies about the company is the hiring process. The lengthy 2-4 month interview process has been discussed on Glassdoor multiple times, and inside the company, it's even a running joke. But the real issue is that once you start working and encounter incompetence in everyday work conversations, you start wondering - what was the point of all those long interviews?
