      Pros

      The people that work here are solid. My and others local General Managers and Sales Managers and office support staff are solid.

      Cons

      Sales Force gets crumbs while the funding of our supposed "future" sucks us dry. No change in 2018 to the Commission program thats so complicated and retarded it's comical. It still has a 10% hold back of our money. Budgets when you finally get them are wrong and you have to fight with analysts to get it right. No respect for the Sales Force. Worse now then when we were part of CBS. Executive Leadership has no spine. Too much over hiring. Overspending. Don't trust the Executive Sales Leadership. Future looks grim for Sales Force. Morale sucks and Executive Leadership doesn't care. People are losing more respect for CEO Jeremy Male every day.

      The company has good outdoor advertising inventory throughout the US.

      Cons

      The amount of ineffective managers OUTFRONT has is astounding and that all comes from the top. When you have an emotionally unintelligent leader in Clive running this sales organization it's no wonder that the corporation is rotten to the core. Clive and his cronies have spent boatloads of money on failed projects at a great disservice to OUTFRONTs shareholders. In the process, he has helped destroy the company culture and morale. A house of cards has been built under his leadership!
