Beautiful country Beautiful wildlife Parties were fun for a week or so Great work out

Where to start... Inconsistent work hours and therefore unreliable wages. Drugs from weed to ketamine and cocaine were prevalent. Supervisors were supplying same. Supervisors also preyed on vulnerable staff, bullying the guys and trying to sleep with the girls.

Outland pays on time, allows room for upward mobility, has good cooks and attracts awesome people.

Cons

Outland often messes up payroll, especially since switching to ADP, which is an absolute labyrinth. No benefits for planters or management.
