You will be working late in the night as the majority of the team is based in Phillippines and you will also need to sync up with the senior management team in the US. If you enjoy having meetings at 12am GMT+8 on wed, thurs and fris (product demos to client), then join this company. You will also have very poor qualified tech leads who are contractors themselves with dubious backgrounds. Since the company makes money by employing contractors with extremely cheap rates from developing countries, don't expect the technical quality to be high. Plus you only get 9 days of PTO per year, which the company acts like its a big deal but its laughable at a decent tech firm. But again, you hired as a offshore developer so don't expect the pay and benefits to be great.
