Pros
There’s a real mission to make quality education accessible to anyone and you can feel it throughout the company. It simply feels good to make any improvement to the business because you know your helping a student get to college or get that next step in their career. I can’t compare that feeling to any other employer I’ve worked for. Truly given respect for what you bring to your role. Really feels like execs listen to what everyone they hired has to say.
Cons
Not in a negative way, but it is a startup and challenges can pop up suddenly. When they do, I’ve found management to be very respectful of the extra time the team may have put in to handle the challenge.
