Too much work for too little pay

Working here was one of the most frustrating professional experiences of my career. The leadership is disorganized, reactive, and more focused on appearances than outcomes. Decisions are made impulsively, often without consulting the team, leading to constant confusion and rework. Feedback is dismissed, accountability is nonexistent, and the environment can quickly turn hostile when things go wrong. There’s a lot of talk about teamwork and innovation, but very little genuine effort to support employees or deliver meaningful results. Proceed with caution, this is not a place that values competence or collaboration.
