Pros

Lines are busy and clients are lovely.

Cons

They miss classify you and place you as an independent contractor although they know this is against labour laws you cannot hire and independent contractor to perform the same work your business is selling They treat you like you are an employee you have to do certain shifts and work when they expect you to I worked for this company for 7 years and they cut me off with a lie and and deactivated my business which if they had half a brain would know goes against their bogus contracts I have a copy of the contract if anyone would like to see it

Pros

Great office, a few nice people, free snacks

Cons

I don't know where to begin. First of all, you will never go anywhere. People get hired and fired for no apparent reason. Smart people who value their careers and reputation quit. Who has a serious career working for a psychic hotline? No self-respecting professional will stay there. Management is appalling. You have usually two kinds of people in management roles - 1. people who are incompetent but agree with everything that happens and couldn't cut it anywhere else 2. the kind who was fooled by the hiring spiel and is already looking for another gig. The business practices are scary. I have worked for large and small corporations and have never seen as much blatant favoritism and disrespect. Hostile work environment doesn't begin to cut it. If you go to HR, they will launch a witch hunt and fire you. I think it's safe to say that this isn't a PSYCHIC Hotline, but a PSYCHO Hotline! If you value your sanity and your professional development, run away!

Pros

None really worth mentioning. As for the few there are, they don't even come close to making up for the cons. Free snacks? Nice building?

Cons

Lack of vision. Lack of leadership. Lack of honest communication with employees. Poor work/life balance. Disorganized. Cut throat. Frequent firings and resignations. More politics than Washington DC. Management is dismissive of employee input. HR and management are unethical, hostile, and retaliatory toward employees. Bad decisions made by management and their favored cliques of "yes men" constantly lead to poor quality (and failed) projects. All this is finally coming back to bite them now, both financially and with employees quitting and taking their knowledge with them. The few good people left are all looking for new jobs due to cutbacks, firings, demotions, and the way people are treated by recently-hired hatchet men.
