Pros

My teammates were fantastic providers, really care for their clients. It's an opportunity to work with underserved populations and is a great place to get a lot of experience.

Cons

Poor work/life balance in the community case management programs. The upper management is terrible; super aloof and unavailable. They are cheap and do not value employees, which is why they bleed staff. Salaries much lower than comparable jobs at other agencies.
