Pros
It is a small company. The owners are great and very understanding / helpful. All employees are friendly and operate as part of the same small family. So work environment is very good to excellent.
Cons
It is a small corporation, so benefits are not that great. However that being said, progress towards the better status is always on the way. This reflects that the corporation cares about its employees. It is a phase that every small company trying to grow in a competitive environment passes through.
