Pros

You're able to bring your dog to work, which can help reduce stress at times. Additionally, the PTO policy and when you're able to use it is fair. Medical/Dental benefits are also affordable.

Cons

Management is shady, arrogant, and generally dishonest. They tout endless room for growth and development, but in reality, you could be working your rear end off and nobody would notice. You will find that compensation is far below average. Ultimately, it seems that they care more about padding their own pockets and less about the happiness of the employees who make the company what it is.

Pros

Dogs. Easy commute from the south suburbs.

Cons

Mgmt runs like Theranos where they just get rid of anyone who doesnt say yes. So much turnover, the good folks leave quickly.

Pros

You can bring your dog to work.

Cons

High turnover rate. The upper management is out of touch with the company. The upper management plays favorites which leads to drama. There is no planning so everything is a panics day a rush to get it done because nothing has been thought out, and the product suffers because of this.
