      Poor leadership and no vision

      Pros

      There used to be some decent people in the company, and working remotely must be nice for the outliers who got that benefit.

      Cons

      Sheer incompetence from the top down. There is zero vision or plan for the business. Too many arrogant but inexperienced people in high-up places. More managers than doers.

      - Flexible working, good balance work/life - Incredible people, it's full of talents you can learn from - Nice vibes in the Turin office

      Cons

      - If you join as a remote then you will have a tough life - Growing fast, growing pains, newer middle/senior management. - Sometimes a little chaotic and occasionally a little slow to make clear decisions.
