-lack of professional growth, lack of opportunities. no real investment or mentorship in people. you are just labor. -the inability of management to manage upwards. constantly appeasing up at the expense of those below. unorganized and indecisive. leaders with zero spines who don’t stand up for teams. -low pay. salary brackets don’t match industry standards and owner is unwilling to budge. automatic expectation to work overtime. no respect for work-life balance -laid off 75% of staff at the start of covid. remaining staff was left to pick up the projects as they are. - Language, communication, tone is all extremely disrespectful from the owner. This company relies on its lower-level employees to keep it afloat but does not compensate or treat those employees with basic respect. You will be underpaid, overworked, and under-appreciated. The company is extremely disorganized, bad at communicating, and too focused on maintaining image to truly care about employees' experiences.
