      Pros

      Not many right now. I’m looking for a new company. It used to be fun here, it isn’t anymore.

      Cons

      This used to be a great place to work, but the new CEO Jordan Reber is impossible to work for. Only his ideas are right and he is the smartest person in the room - you know the type. He runs the company like a dictator. He’s just mean and talks down to people. The old leadership used to support us. So many are unhappy. I’m leaving soon.

      Employees becoming frustrated, stressed, and exhausted!

      Pros

      There's always a company event, gathering, or an outing because they like it! But I'd rather stay at home!

      Cons

      It was always about the amount we can complete and not about the quality of our work! Even when you're talented, it will all be terribly go to waste because the management sees employees as a machine! But then the managers expect to have a perfect outcome of everything and it only lead to the employees becoming frustrated, stressed, and exhausted!
