There are no pros here, the company relies on historical achievement to boast about capability it does not posses. Extremely negative, fear mongering management methods, unqualified people in senior positions.

Cons

he company is backward, management operates with fear management tactics, plays one off the other to create a toxic, extremely environment for the frontline staff (particularly if you aren't in a department that pedals print, photography or any of the other Jurassic mediums), the company claims to lead the market in.
