Thank you for taking the time to share your previous experience. It's been awhile since you were part of our team, so many of the issues you raised have been addressed as we scaled. We actively encourage staff to attend events such as AWS reinvent and the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference to share best practise, not buzzwords. In June Liam reached out to staff through a survey to gather everyone’s ideas for returning to work. The outcome of that process led to a reduced working week for all. Staff also have access to fulltime remote working whilst we overhaul our office strategy. Last year, we engaged new HR resources in Mary and Emilio to focus on internal development to help managers and staff grow to be the best they can be.
