Pros

There is an embedded culture at Overdales about improving all parts of the job and business: including operations, commercials, processes and personal development. The management team are excellent at encouraging and empowering staff, working as a team and improving areas that can be enhanced, by continually understanding the people and gaining feedback. Overdales is very effective in communicating and this has been one of the key reasons they have achieved consistent high performance and growth.

Cons

Due to Overdales continuing to grow substantially it takes a continuous effort to adapt to change and implement them efficiently.
