      - flexible working conditions (wfh or office) - flexible working hours (time tracking though) - good team hierarchy/organization, able to work and learn with other disciplines - decent pay

      Most of the cons of working at an agency: Workload can be hectic or relaxed, depends on your clients, boss, time of the year, personal efficiency
