      Bullying is not only acceptable but it is protected!

      Pros

      Amazing co workers teachers and staff! great location and of course love the hours, work life balance and been able to teach young people.

      Cons

      I saw a director bully more than half of their staff in to quitting, then physically assault a employee by hitting this person and after bringing this up to the Business director nothing was done and the whistle blower was fired . this problem has been happening for few years now and worst part is that because of this the most affected people are the students for who we suppose to work for.

      Pros

      The school itself is very beautiful and makes you wish your middle school and high school experiences were like this.

      Cons

      Employees do not have anywhere to go when they are being treated unfairly. There is a lack of mobility within the school. The emphasis is on education, as it should be, and there is a clear distinction between staff and faculty. Certain positions are replaced annually, if not more frequently. The many wonderful people are easily over-shadowed by others.

      Never planned enough for future events and needs.
