OCI is an awesome company to work for, it gives you many many opportunities to grow in what ever field you're in, this is probably by far one of the best construction companies I have worked for!

Cons

There is honestly no cons with this company, everyone gets along great. You can trust people with any work related problem you may have and they're there to help you every step of the way to the solution.
