      We've come a long way and I am excited about our future

      Pros

      Great team work across functions and regions. We truly work as a global team with a "customer first" mindset. And I believe we have so much opportunity with of one of our core Intellectual Property Storage Archive Solutions, "RDX",

      Cons

      The main con is limited resources. Our CEO often says we are a 40 year old start-up, so we do not have the business systems and processes that you would typically see in a larger corporate company. Another con is our new brand "Overland-Tandberg" is still being developed in the market, so have seen some negative association with our previous parent companies before the divestiture in Nov 2018.
