Pros

- The Overline brand has potential to be a half decent company - Tries to promote a positive attitude in the buisness - Some Staff very empathetic towards others

Cons

- If you want to play Russian Roulette with your career then pull the trigger - Watch the results. - Lack of support for staff that need help understanding the nature of the business - If you fall behind, you are as good as gone - Negative opinions of anyone who leaves the business / Consistent bad-mouthing behind ex-employees backs - Appropriate funding and tools are not given to engineers to complete jobs accordingly forcing them to cut corners - The so called "Kliq" exists within the company / Office politics are rife. - Lack of support for escalations because some people dont have the right skillsets to deal with them - Stress is always around and there is really no support to help combat it. - Temps are strung along with promises of "Glory" then discarded like a dead microfilter. - Revolving door of staff... New people all the time, old people either are let go, fired or are so ill they cannot return for the stress they are put under. - The MD "Inherited" staff upon purchase of the company - Considers this an "Issue" - Like previous reviews - MD changes his mind everyday on whether you are liked by them or not. - Consistently get key documents and information wrong. Big disconnect between staff and upper management - Support / Technical Teams are underpaid for what they do and should be remembered for the long hours that are put in - Key people lack technical knowledge to understand solutions that are installed. Will Instantly dump issues on underlings when it all goes wrong

Pros

I learnt a lot in my time at Overline, whether that be new skills within the industry or learning how to work with highly difficult management.

Cons

If you're good at your job Overline would overload you with work, sometimes I would have up to 100 tickets at one time. When the work became too much they would lead you on with broken promises to keep you there. They would entice you with 'career opportunities' and 'incentives' however I never saw any evidence of this in my time at Overline. It was hard to get to know any member of staff, due to the high staff turnover you never knew when people were coming or going. Management would make highly offensive jokes about very sensitive subjects and when confronted, nothing was actioned to stop this. Any positive reviews you see on Glassdoor for Overline are more than likely fake. Please read the negative ones and get an idea before you decide to go for an interview.

Pros

I have no positive words to use in relation to this company.

Cons

Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. The company is a sinking ship. The supposed management team are all uneducated children with no real business experience. The HR 'department' is a gossip.
