      The pay is competitive and the coworkers are really supportive.

      Cons

      Patient safety is claimed to be a major factor but the ratios are still wild.

      The staff is very friendly to work with. The hospital is also very well maintained.

      Pros

      Family oriented hospital which friendships with coworkers and other staff are immeasurable. Pay is decent for New Jersey.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub par for medical field. PTO is taken for mandatory stay home policies. Hospital upper management (CEO,HR etc) getting to be corporate america and losing the personal touch that makes staff want to stay and be dedicated.
