Management was very welcoming at first.

Cons

Upper-Management / Board was incredibly reprimanding of employees. Employees were expected to abide by ever-changing company policies, systems that shut down productivity regularly, and were not given sufficient training or information with which to perform their jobs

Pros

It’s a relaxed environment but only because its poorly run and disorganized. If you get a good enough position you can make decent money.

Cons

Pay is based on point system that doesn’t make any sense. They say the pay is up to 40$ an hour but I never made more than 8.25. No benefits. Employs through temp hiring agency so that they can fire people without warning or notice. Managers don’t know how to communicate and the place is a mess.

Very nice coworkers, free food most days

Cons

No benefits, pto is horrible. Managers are horrible. Everything is personal. No human resource. Once you express yourself you get fired.
