Pros

Interesting JAVA work. Good promising projects in Ensemble, Orchestration and SDN Good Salary Good benefits Timely updates on company strategy

Cons

In this company the shrewd Mallu management have ensured that there is one set of rules and expectations for Mallus and another for rest of company ... This means you can be assured you are not over burdened by work, u can skip DSM.. you given many leave and no one ask when you come and go .. but others have high expectations to meet and are chucked out of the company for even small lapses This company is clearly divided on ethnic & lingual lines and the discrimination is evident though the management thinks it goes unnoticed. small company with big dreams and even bigger politics..... not the right place if you believe in hard work, ethics and fairness.

Pros

Not able to recollect any but they pay salary on time . 1.They practice hire and fire policy . 2. Lack of vision , no proper planning, horrible work environment. 3. Substandard ,inept, immature development directors. 4. Dev leads who are far from having any technical abilities, hardly work but steal all the credits .

Cons

1.They don't have uniform compensation policy or any policy. 2.Year on year revenue collection decreasing, new products aren't selling , most hardwires are into maintenance phase. New SW solutions are on paper ,yet to get translated into products or profit. Advice to new joins : Don't get lured by the money offered , dyeing Overture specially bangalore centre has an expiry date written onto it already. Moreover director-lead duo's politics will kill your peace of mind.

Pros

I am a current employee, working as a senior test engineer in System Test. A good and cool company to work with for self growth, technological growth. Directors and leads are good and supporting for good work environment. In my 1.5 year here till now, I didnt find anything negative about my team or company. Superb work culture and good learning opportunity. Compensation on par with Industry. Very good technology SDN,NFV which is the future of world. Supportive colleagues and team leads. Free of mind while working, even it triggers us to work in a motivated way as we dont have work pressure here. We do more from our heart not by pressure. This environment I liked a lot. The main thing I liked is the transparency in my team and work life balance. I was never pressurized my boss till today for work related stuffs. Its just a Mutual understanding between the manager and our lead. Cultural events are quite happening very often for festivals. HR is also good. I will happily recommend any one joining this company .

Cons

I 'dont have any concern.
