The more you work the more you be in debt after few years... first year is always great. issue is when you start getting clawbacks and no one talks about it at start( as the managers are sales person they will satisfy you with high earners which are 1% of people recruited). I have £4000 clawback on leaving, before that in 5 years every year almost same or more was being deducted any sale you will do 20-30% minimum will be gone, its like a no base bucket keep filling it only people enjoying are managers who have people working and earning money for them and they ride on high horses to motivate you to do more cause they don't have to pay anything back in terms of claw backs.
