      -Remote work -Talented colleagues -Fun company events

      Cons

      - Management will use your hard work, skills, and experience to build their product, then cut your pay or terminate you without any reason or warning. -Product doesn't exist without DQA team, but DQAs receive no security, growth, or increased compensation for the work they do to create Owl's success. - Gossipy team leaders, low morale. - No loyalty or appreciation for consistent, dedicated workers.

      High turnover, remote & repetitive work

      Fully remote. CEO & sales updates shared company wide. Best suited for entry-level before moving on.

      Cons

      No growth, work gets repetitive. Department managers hands-off with team, other than a few favourites. Gossip, power tripping. Feedback & training comes from peers. No annual reviews or regular one-to-ones with managers. High staff turnover. Retaining experienced staff not a priority, staff with desire for growth treated as an irritation. Limited benefits package.
