      Owler investors learn how your money was spent. Owler a nightmare

      Pros

      It is a good place for learning. One of the best is the daily news emails which can be developed by any past owler employee in a day.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about people who work, top management which operates in US enjoy their time by visiting spa in working hours and push the team in India for results. The very next day they say they have failed in the leadership and ask everyone to leave the company. Poor investors they have to know how their money was spent by the management. Fowler has no idea how to proceed with the owler, by period manipulation which management pushed lead to data which owler currently has is a garbage data.

      Latest tech stack and energetic engineers

      Cons

      Technically sound engineers don't get recognized. Upper management blindly believes some facts without getting constant feedback. Project management revolves around ETA and deadline rather than quality deliverables

      Pros

      Owler has the best work-life balance of any startup I've ever worked with. The team is extremely friendly and I feel like I'm learning something new everyday.

      Cons

      There are two offices. One is in Silicon Valley and the other is in India. It makes communication difficult sometimes, but after a few weeks it becomes a lot easier.
