A great balance between startup pace and the financial backing of working in a big org. Lots of opportunities to upskill, grow in your role and have your career development supported. Talented team with a straightforward communication style.
Cons
Some overlap with RBC can be slower than some startup folks may be used to.

Pros
Startup culture, amazingly talented people and a great product. I feel fulfilled with my work every day, and management does a great job of making sure we're comfortable and have a good life-work balance.
Cons
As part of a bigger organization, you can find roadblocks here and there, and it may be frustrating when you want to move fast.
