Almost been a year working with Ownwell at the time of writing this review and the experience has been better than any company I've worked before. - People at Ownwell are always innovating and trying to find unique ways to solve problems. Everyone's ideas and opinions are welcome and encouraged. - You will find your every deliverable making a difference to your users and the company. - 100% Ownership on what you do. - Unlimited PTOs. As long as you own your domains, there is no restrictions on how many leaves you take. - Amazing people to work with. All the people I have personally worked with so far, the experience has been delightful. - Great vision for the future - No micromanagement - Leaders great at finding the perfect fit for you. I worked on various small projects before we found a perfect domain for me, and it has been an absolute pleasure ever since. - Depends on the reader whether to count this as a pro or a con. Dealing with multiple problems at the same time, and speed of deliveries definitely make for a challenging environment,
Cons
There will be a lots of highs and lows while working with Ownwell. The important thing is to keep getting up and persevering after the lows. If you don't have that kind of resilience, you might find some days difficult.
